At Mile End Kicks, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original, unworn condition inside the original shoebox or packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
